Is investing in a business coach really worth it? Many executives turn to coaches to improve their communication skills and productivity. According to a survey by the International Coach Federation, 80% of execs who hired a coach saw an improvement in their confidence.

Will Foussier, founder of AI-powered coaching business AceUp, had a positive experience with workplace coaching himself. Despite the benefits, he found it challenging to find and vet a business coach, and the costs were quite high.

Foussier and entrepreneur Rohit Begani started AceUp with the goal of making business coaching more accessible. The startup offers a business performance analytics platform alongside coaching services to help companies assess strengths and weaknesses and identify growth opportunities.

AceUp’s data-centric approach sets it apart from competitors in the business coaching market. The company charges $20 per employee per month for basic services, with higher-level solutions costing significantly more. Despite some skepticism about business coaching, Foussier believes that AceUp delivers results and points to the growing client base as evidence.
