Apple caused quite a stir back in 2017 with the introduction of an all-screen iPhone featuring a notch and no physical home button to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the iconic device. Now, as the iPhone approaches its 20th anniversary, Apple is gearing up for another major revamp, this time with a new curved glass design, as reported by Bloomberg.
The upcoming iPhone 20, expected to be released in 2027, will boast curved glass edges all around, aligning with the new “Liquid Glass” design philosophy of iOS, according to Bloomberg’s sources.
In addition, Bloomberg’s report hinted at Apple’s plans to launch its first foldable phone in 2026, ahead of the 20th anniversary iPhone. The tech giant is said to be exploring new screen technologies for the foldable device in order to deliver a seamless display that effectively conceals any creases.
