Apple upgrades MacBook Pro with M4 chips

Apple has introduced an updated MacBook Pro, featuring the new M4 chips. This upgrade marks the first time the Pro and Mini models are equipped with the new chip, with the Pro also offering the M4 Max as an upgradeable option.

Enhanced Features

The new MacBook Pro models come with 14- and 16-inch Liquid Retina XDR displays, boasting up to 1,000 nits of brightness. They offer M4, M4 Pro, and M4 Max options, along with a 12-megapixel webcam. The Thunderbolt 4 ports on the M4 Pro and Max models have been upgraded to Thunderbolt 5. Apple claims the battery life of these models to be an impressive 24 hours, the longest ever for a MacBook.
