According to Bloomberg, SoftBank is set to contribute $7.5 billion initially, with an additional $2.5 billion coming from an investor syndicate. Other prominent funds like Magnetar Capital, Coatue Management, Founders Fund, and Altimeter Capital Management are also in talks to join the round, with Magnetar considering an investment of $1 billion.
